This one is driving me nuts! I've tried so many combinations of letters and am not getting it. The time is 1:21:15 as on the hat, correct? Help!
EDIT: I finally got it but it's not where I was going the whole time.
SPOILER: It's NOT the time on Jim's hat. Use the numbers under the hint: 4,1,2,3,3,2,1,4 and put those corresponding times on a clock to get the letters you need.
