Can you explain how you solved it cause I’m really confused like I know the first 7 are letters but none of them make a word and it has something to do with the sea or maybe something naval but I don’t know. Please help or just say the answer please

You have been at sea and someone was signalling you with sea flags. Convert them to letters.
You arrived to the country the last flag is from.

This puzzle is easy once you make one important realization. Below are graded hints leading to the solution, which is 4-letter word.

The symbols look like (and are) flags of some kind. Notice the 2nd and 6th are the same? Like a cipher.

Each flag represents a certain letter from the alphabet. What alphabets use flags to represent letters?

A nautical alphabet uses a different flag for each letter. Google it and see if you can decipher the word.

The first 7 flags spell CAPITAL, but the bottom flag doesn't fit the nautical alphabet so it must actually be a country flag. . . one that is red and white in fact.
