Looks obvious - getting a total after adding up doesn’t work. Any hints ?

You need to start by mentally solving the cube. You will need to match the white section with the rest of the white face. Once you have performed this manuever, the letters on the face of the cube will spell out a word. The word is below, if you are still stumped.
