I don't know what the 5 words are supposed to tell me.
I have tried with the totals of the rows or columns, but no success.
Replacing numbers with characters, nothing.
Any hints?

none of this makes sense to me in the slightest, any help would be appreciated
edit: i have the keys but they make no sense to me
