Is this referring to the cave from before or after..?!

If I open the one before, I see round about 6 symbols.
The instruction mentions two things, so it must be the one after. Here I can see exact 2 things.

Guessing the is either the VR page from p124, not at all clear how to use that, or the one from the next page, p138. If I widen my window on the p138 VR page, I do see two letters when I refresh, the first two things I see. But then erase the top of the page? If it's erase the top of p137, then I see arrows at 135 and 225, which seems promising. But there isn't a letter at 225.

Could you explain that a little more? Where are you getting
