Below are graded hints leading to the solution, which is a four digit number. It assumes you know keys 121 and 122. If you don't know them, then do not continue.

Begin by examining the QR code on the puzzle page. Notice that it not a normal QR code in two important ways.

There are several numbers scattered around the white parts, and much of the white parts are connected like a path in a maze.

The clue phrase at the bottom becomes 'I am four + two' or 6. Start at 6 and see where you can go.

Below is the solution. Do not click if you do not want to know it.

Starting at the 6, traversing the maze leads you from 6 to 3 to 5 to 7. The answer is 6357.
