More Easter Eggs? [spoilers for end of Journal 29 and Revelation]

When looking through the final page online that you get to after the Easter eggs are imputed, one of the notes said there were more Easter eggs on the cover. Is this true, does it lead to an answer we can input somewhere, and if so, can you give some hints to find it? Thanks!
