disconnected final?

I was mapping out how the different puzzles in the book interact. It seems to me now that the first 56 and the final 7 puzzles form completely disconnected groups, is that correct?
Mind that I have not completed the book yet, so perhaps I'm missing some hidden link.
However, is the following graph complete, according to you? I would feel somehow sorry if it was as it would somehow pitch puzzle 56 as the final and everything after as an epilogue.
