Credits?

Just finished the first book...what an awesome birthday gift from my wife. Hours of entertainment.

Regarding the credit pages: I definitely thought they'd come into play, and also why are there so many names/usernames? How was the book created? There are duplicates on the list and a few other anomales that I was keeping for a puzzle solution eventually! But didn't seem to matter. Thanks!
