This terrifically creative puzzle is pretty much impossible to solve without some guidance and nudges in the right direction. Using a cell phone may help you with this one. Below are some graded hints leading to the solution, which is a 4-digit number. It assumes you know keys 77 and 80. If you don’t know them, then don’t continue. . .
Spoiler!
Two things to know right off about this puzzle is 1) the words are meaningless in helping you find the solution to this particular puzzle (although they are essential to solving a future one), and 2) there are actually 1440 solutions to this puzzle, but only 1 will work for you when you enter it into the website, and will probably be different each time you do so.
Spoiler!
The keywords make the rebus 'norway minus ray'. Taking 'ray' out of 'norway' leaves you with 'now'.
Spoiler!
The eight 4-digit numbers are important, not because of the numbers themselves, but due to the fact that they are members of a larger set of numbers (1440 in the set actually). The answer to the puzzle is a member of that set of numbers too.
Spoiler!
The set of numbers are those that range from 0000 to 2359. The 1st number will never be higher than a 2, the second will never be higher than a 3, the third won't exceed a 5, and the fourth can be any from 0 to 9.
Spoiler!

The number set is the time of day in 24-hour format. Your clue to the correct time (answer) is 'now'. For example, if you are reading this at 3:17pm, then 'now' would be 1517.

And the solution is below. DO NOT CLICK IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO KNOW THE ANSWER!!
Spoiler!
When you're ready to enter the answer at journal29.com/82, look at the current time, convert it to 24-hour format and enter the 4 digits. It's the only correct answer for that minute!

Spoiler!
Are you serious...? The numbers are completely unrelated to the words? That actually makes me a bit angry, I spent hours trying to find the correlation.
