I can’t figure out how to work out Arthur’s number!

I have gone to the URL and dialled each agent’s numbers so I have the clues from them... however cannot figure out how to translate that to Arthur’s number! Something about Black = Good Position, White= Bad Position... position of what??

I thought that at first ... you need to convert the letters to numbers. So if 9=i ... use the hints ... I can't remember how I did it now, but if you really get stuck let me know.

Hi Michelle,
I tried to send you a message, but can't! Anyway, let me help you as I now remember! Actually, it is given to you. On the hints page at cypher.centre/a/hints and if you click on hint 14 (scroll down) it actually gives you Arthur's number: 97584

Then go to the link it tells you to on page 14 and type in the above number and it will give you a word. That word is your answer!
