If 3310 doesn't mean anything, then you could Google it, but aldersmith's advice is a bit less obscure and should lead you to the same conclusion.

Thanks too you all. I finally​ got it. I already knew what I had do to but I always was tipping it with a - between the first three numbers and the rest but that was wrong.

I converted the letters to numbers but it's too long -11 numbers. Is this also a math problem?
