Cannot get beyond this.

Worked out the answer from the map, but can’t see how WONTER in different order helps!

It took me awhile but the

WONTER in different order spells UTC. Unfortunately because the top of the U goes on to the T and so on it isn’t obvious it is 3 separate letters
