We have turned the lights off and on, but still stuck... sure it's something really simple, but need a hint

I change url for on and off. I get a box for each, but the one for on is solid black and I see nothing. I have changed the brightness on my ipad to no avail

So with help I solved my issue. I was going to the correct place but was

using my iphone and ipad it was giving me a solid black cube

but using

my computer gave me the correct image

If you look inside the box using a mobile device or computer you will find a three digit number. Take note of it. On the bottom of the box you will find a clue. It states that you need to turn off the lights. In order to do this,

change the url from 'lightson' to 'lightsoff'

You will find another box, which if you look inside will have another three digit code. Starting with the first box, input one string of three numbers, then the other. That is your answer. If you still cannot find it, the numbers are
