Make sure you have entered all the correct clues at the bottom of the page first.

I have the location and the name of the victim but it won't accept:
Location Name
LocationName
Location, Name
Name Location

It says location and identity. Is identity more than just the name?

ok, got it. I found the hints in the back and realised I was being too specific.
