I got the answer but I don't know the full solution.

I saw a previous poster have F.X and guessed the answer, but I'm not sure how the outlines become the letters.

I had all three pages opened at the said time, separated by sticker. :)
This one is tricky as you must have some mental-intuitive approach.
Or copy all three pages and put them on top of each other :) They form FOX
So if you then try and position squares as they go from pages 72,88,107 together you get-
F position, square becomes O and the X.
