Just finished the first book...what an awesome birthday gift from my wife. Hours of entertainment.

Regarding the credit pages: I definitely thought they'd come into play, and also why are there so many names/usernames? How was the book created? There are duplicates on the list and a few other anomales that I was keeping for a puzzle solution eventually! But didn't seem to matter. Thanks!

I think the book was funded on kickstarter (or some type of equivalent) so all of the names are people who backed the book. That might also explain why names duplicate, as they could be in multiple tiers.
