Help, I cannot figure out this one. I wait for weeks at a time hoping someone will just pls give the answer

Very confused, tried finding symbols to count but unsure of what I'm looking for considering how lightly colored they seem to be. I'm not even certain that I'm looking in the right place. Pls help
