This is fairly straight-forward, with no great intuitive leaps required. Below is a graded hint leading to the answer. It assumes you know [key.11], [key.47], and [key.48]. If you haven't figured out puzzles 11, 47, and 48, then do not continue.

1) Using the symbol/letter substitution from puzzle 11, the first symbol at the top of the page is a 'T' and it's numeric value for this puzzle is '3'. Continue on down the list of symbols until you have all the English letters and their numeric equivalents.

2) The fact that the symbols spell 'twentyninebook' is nice, but irrelevant to finding the answer. Turn to the key words at the bottom which are 'NEWBIT'. identify the 6 numbers that relate to the letters of NEWBIT. N=1, E=5, etc.
