Any hints?

The second row is the best way to find out two of the effects (different symbols).
Do you see similarities between the {key.139} and the word at the end of the row?
Spoiler!
Backwards, except for one letter. Deleting one letter is easy to identify, the hexgon with "-1". So the other symbol, the cloverleaf, must be the one for reversing the text
If you have recognized two of the symbols, then the third one is quite easy to determine.

I can't solve this one because I don't have the answer to 140. Can anyone give me a hint as to the answer of 140 or a nudge?

I understand the 3 symbols. I can turn 139 into the weird and I can turn 140 into the word but from there I'm drawing a blank

I though I figured it out but I’m not getting the right answer
Spoiler!
I thought the last was axis because take away one is xis, reverse it is six, plus one is seven
But it wasn’t right and I’m stuck

This puzzle is creative, but very solvable with some thought and effort. Below are graded hints leading to the solution, which is a common four-letter word. It assumes you know keys 138-140, if you don't know them, then don't continue.
Spoiler!
This puzzle has you using the first 3 lines to learn how to decode the 4th line and figure out what ??? is. Write in the 3 key words CONE, AWARD, and NETWORK under their respective keys. You'll need to look closely at the words/letters.
Spoiler!
The symbols represent various operations you perform on the key words to them into their counterparts. For example, what two things can you do to the word AWARD that will turn it into DRAW?
Spoiler!
The hexagon symbol means 'erase letters' and the clover symbol means 'reverse the order of the letters'.
Spoiler!
Start with the 2nd line. Beginning with AWARD, erase the first letter (hexagon symbol - 1) A, which leaves you with WARD. Then, reverse the letters (clover symbol) to get DRAW.
Spoiler!
The triangle symbol means 'increase the number' or 'add to the number you have'.
Spoiler!
Now the 1st line. Beginning with CONE, erase the first letter (Hexagon -1) C, with leaves you with ONE. Then add 2 to ONE (triangle +2) to get THREE.
Spoiler!
The 3rd line takes NETWORK and reverses the letters (clover) to get KROWTEN. Erase the first 4 letters (hexagon-4) to get TEN, and finally add 1 to TEN (triangle+1) to get ELEVEN.
And the final clue and solution is below. DO NOT CLICK IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO KNOW THE ANSWER.
Spoiler!
Working backwards from SEVEN, subtracting 1 leaves you with the word SIX (because SIX [triangle + 1] equals SEVEN). Reversing SIX (clover) makes XIS, and adding a letter to the front (hexagon - 1) gives you the answer. The letter A is a good one to add, as it makes AXIS--which is the answer.
