Does anyone have an idea?
Tried with braille, but the shown 3 does not fit in any pattern. Wrong size 3x3, for braille it must be 3x2.
Don't know how to handle the black and white dots. I am sure that we see 3 different dice.
Does the arrows point to the bottom side?
Does it help to know that top and bottom add up to 7? Or is that not of interest here.

I was completely wrong in my mind, thank you.
Have also not looked properly and completely overlooked the symbol.
Just translate the symbol into english and everything becomes so clear.
