Hmm, I'm still a bit lost here. I must be missing something really obvious.
Spoiler!
I got {key.104}, but I have no idea what "{key.104} down" is supposed to represent. I think I know what "384400 up" refers to, though. Is {key.104} in kilometers too, by the way?

This is a literary puzzle that will probably require the assistance of Google to solve if you're not an English speaking native. Below are some graded hints leading to the solution which is ultimately a name of a person. It assumes you know key 104. If you don’t know it, then don’t continue. . .
Spoiler!
Inserting the keyword yields the clue phrase '384,400 up and 20,000 down'. Also very helpful is the image of the moon at the top and waves of the sea at the bottom.
Spoiler!
Being that this is a literary puzzle from an English speaking country, what literary works relate to '20,000' and the 'sea'?
Spoiler!
'20,000 leagues under the sea' was written by an English author who also wrote about going to the moon (they made a great movie out of it in the early 20th century).

And the solution is below. DO NOT CLICK IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO KNOW THE ANSWER!!
Spoiler!
Jules Verne
