is the answer on the same page? I'm guessing the "path" has to do with letters, but when I put the letters into the boxes, all I spell is MEMER BEY, haha I thought you had to start with the "R" in members, but I'm not sure where the path goes?

does the "-" mean to skip a word? I thought it meant to skip a letter, but, moving backwards from the "R," I get: MEM-ER BE----Y, which is meaningless to me

You're close...but you've got a letter wrong, and you read the letters in the solution not like a book, but like a path, from one end to the other.
