Ok, so for months now I have been trying everything I can to get this one. I cannot for the life of me figure it out! Am I just too American to get this? I have typed in everything I could think of and still, nothing. Does it require spaces or dashes or capital letters or anything like that? I have read all the hints but still cannot move past this page.

With the help of my son, he got it! I was far off to be sure! Over thinking it perhaps.

This is a 'travel' based riddle, and will come easier to European international travelers. The answer, ultimately, is a 7-character code (not case specific btw).

It would be easier if they gave more than the one example in the book, so here are 4 more 'non-spoilerish' examples to nudge you in the right direction:

A picture of Big Ben/Buckingham Palace with a code '44UKLHR'
A picture of the St Louis arch with a code '1USSTL'
A picture of the Sphinx with a code '20EGCAI'
A picture of the Statue of Liberty with a code '1USJFK'

Why the PhoneCode?
The way from Charles de Gaulle to Eiffeltower is over Streets 33 km
The way from "Leonardo Da Vinci" to Colosseum is over Streets 28 km... Why is`t that the right answer????

Ugh, I really sent myself down a red herring on this one..

33 has another meaning that fits PERFECTLY with this book.. I'll spoiler tag it in case anyone is also chasing this path, but it's NOT the right answer..
Spoiler!
The eiffel Tower was first opened on March 31, 1889... 3+3+1+1+8+8+- = 33... Ugh!
