I have the 9 digit number! But I still can't get it I've tried all the numbers in between and all the numbers that are not in the 9 digits ???

You have too many numbers.

Actually, you don't have enough.

One person saying they knew that number to nine digits is not the same as that person saying you can solve it with nine digits.

Write it next to what's on the page, and match digits to digits.

So Are you saying "special number in the wheel" is not limited to the first 9 numbers but extended out to whatever? This is mind boggling

The number on the page is written out to 36 digits. If you do the same, you will see what isn't right.

Look through the other clues here. If you've followed them, you should be able to see what's wrong on the page.
