Please help on card 5, I’ve put the letters in the windows and tried to order them by the height of the blinds but am not getting anywhere.

ignore the windows they mean nothing in the end. Start again and write down the letters that pop up including doubles. Match the doubles and then put them in order and that's what spells out the word x

What do you mean with "match the doubles"?
