I see the Mona Lisa and what I think is a sideways Eiffel Tower. The lady was in the Louvre on DISPLAY SINCE 1804. Neither Louvre or 1804 provides the key. Help?

i found a different year than 1804

Some additional interesting info about this. https://www.pbs.org/treasuresoftheworld/mona_lisa/mlevel_1/m4myth.html Apparently, it was on display first in the king's bedroom, which was known as the unofficial "Louvre"; it wasn't actually hung in the grand gallerie of the Louvre museum until 1804, even if it was shown to the king's visitors from 1797

you’ve identified the Mona Lisa and the Eiffel Tower, which are both fairly obvious, and arbitrarily chosen first “display since” years (since both were painted / built over multiple years), what do you do then? 1797, mentioned above for the Louvre (although it had been displayed many times before), and 1887 or 1889 for the Eiffel Tower, don’t seem to combine in to any accepted answer?
