This hint still isn't helping me, I haven't had to use a hint up until now and this seems to have been an easy one for others. What am I missing?

This is the first one to truly stump me. The hints here haven't helped.
Spoiler!
I get 94 and 66 made a flag when coloured in but what has 92 to do with it?
Tried everything I could think of relating to it but hitting a wall!

This very visual puzzle with be easier for sports fans and Europeans probably. For those that aren't, a quick Google search will set you up for success. Below are some graded hints leading to the solution. It assumes you know keys 66, 92, and 94. If you don’t know them, then don’t continue. . .
Spoiler!
This is a straightforward puzzle with no hooks or snags, and requires only what is on the page to solve (Google notwithstanding).
Spoiler!
The clue reads 'yellow + blue' and that is implied to represent the left 1/3 of the image above. Likewise, the clue reads 'red' and is meant to represent the right 1/3 of the image.
Spoiler!
Yellow and blue make green, so the image becomes a rectangular area divided into 3 sections: green, white, and red.
Spoiler!
The image is a flag of a European country.

And the solution is below. DO NOT CLICK IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO KNOW THE ANSWER!!
