This puzzle is more of a riddle, whose answer requires outside information (Google or Siri is your friend here) and possibly/probably some algebraic manipulation if you choose to go that route. Below are some graded hints leading to the solution, which is ultimately a 6-digit number.

The key components of the riddle are the clue equation at the bottom (temperature x 365) and the brief conversation:
'Can this temperature be right?'
'Yes it is.'
'Is it in Fahrenheit or Celsius?'
'It doesn't matter.'

The first priority is to find the temperature mentioned. It is important to note that the temperature is the same number, regardless of the measuring system C or F.

There is one temperature that has the same value in Celsius and Fahrenheit (and it's a cold one). You can Google 'Celsius and Fahrenheit table', or ask Siri repeatedly to convert progressively colder temperatures below 0 into the other until you hit it. Or, if you're nerdy enough, you can do it algebraically this way:
The conversion formula from C to F is:
(C x 9/5) + 32 = F Because we are looking for the same temp (where both are equal), we change it to:
(C x 9/5) + 32 = C Now, just solve for C by adjusting the equation to the equivalent:
9/5C + 32 = 5/5C Which reduces to:
4/5C = -32 And you can go from there. . .
