Can't enable skill on Alexa

I want to add J29 to my Alexa skills but if I search on Alexa's skills it can't find it. Has anybody else tried?

Are you outside US?

Is not enable yet outside US.

Man, this sucks. I was trying to get this to work on Alexa too. Any idea when this might become available for us in the EU?
